We are looking to find a nanny for our son for 1-2 days a week starting from October 2009. He will be 13 months by then.

Times would probably be split over 2 days rather than 1 long day. Possibility of (paid) overtime.

We offer a good salary plus paid holidays.

I would like to hire someone who:
- speaks English, Spanish or French
- is loving, sensitive and engaged with children
- has previous experience
- has references that I can verify.

I live in the Gundeli area, near the SBB in Basel. I just returned from Sydney where I had babysitted for over 3 years for a family with 2 children (I can provide email, for you to contact directly) as well as with a family in germany and Basel.
I speak fluent English (native) german (native) and some French (school french) and Spanish (again, school level).

My duties of previous baby-sitting included putting children to bed (story telling time!) preparing dinner/or breakfast (depending on working parents) as well as bringing children to school/kindergarten.

I charge CHF 15./ hour minimum during the week, and CHF 20/hour during weekends.
