Office Administrator - BASEL

Are you fluent in English and German?

If so there is a fantastic opportunity for someone to wanting to work in a multicultural environment close to Basel. Dealing with several hundred employees, you will be a integral part of the existing office administration team handling administrative duties and general employee care.

You will be a driven person, able to work under their own initiative and display a good eye for detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks easily. Ideally you will have worked with temporary staff before and have an extroverted nature and be keen to learn. The job is suited for someone who likes a fast pace, who has a likeable nature and is calm under pressure. The ability to drive is desirable as we have several offices spread several miles apart.

A salary range of CHF 4,000-5,000 per month, plus funded pension and annual plus performance bonuses offered for the right person.
Please submit a CV plus a cover letter stating why you should be interviewed per PM . The closing date for applications is 23rd October 2009.

Hi,

Am currently looking for any Job even though am an accountant by profession, from Kenya.What are the chances if i apply for the Office administrator job.Am just learning french and germany but very fluent in English.

I am very much interested in applying for the this position.

Am a business management online student , I can meet most of secretarial skills and I would thoroughly enjoy the challenge of managing all administration and organizational tasks. which will enable me to attain experience in my professional career, get knowledge and skills to apply in future.

Am very good in English and enjoy both written and verbal communication, as well as the contact I encounter with other people. I have acquired a thorough knowledge of computer processing application:word,excel and outlook.

If my application for this position be successful,I would be able to commence work immediately.

I wouldn't give any of these people jobs as they cant even read the instructions of what to do.... sorry!
