Please help.....I am looking for some advice and direction on the best place to find child care for my 8 yr old daughter who is currently in a local (Cham Canton Zug) school learning German (English family from UK).

I am looking for someone to cover lunch and after school hours till approx 7pm till I return home from work (single parent).

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if this site covering 'Day School' supervision in Cham is of any help to you. It's in German but one of the translation programmes will help you out a bit so that you get the gist of it.

Otherwise, take a look at this Sticky with lots of links concerning schools and child care. There might be something helpful there too.

Good luck with the search. It isn't easy here for a single parent/working Mum, but there are others who manage it with several children, so you'll be able to work something out I'm sure.
