We can recommend www.priorityhomeservices.com - Nathan...get him to do an up-front quote for you...

Check this EF colleague: Papa Goose. He is super. Hope this connection works, I am not very technical.. maybe a mod can help here??

Need DIY help or a spare pair of hands?

Ah yes, I can also recommend Papa Goose - he did some light installation and wall hooks for us and he was very helpful and efficient

Re: Need help transporting and assembling ikea furniture

Not sure if you have solved the problem yet, but Ikea themselves offer a delivery and construction service - price is based partly on the value of what they need to build! We had some wardrobes delivered and built from the Allaman store earleir this week, the guys were great - even took the packaging away with them! The only negative was it took 2 weeks from choosing our items in-store to them being in the apartment, it's quicker than this in the UK! Good luck...

Re: Need help transporting and assembling ikea furniture

PM me if you are still looking. A Basel based friend uses someone who undercuts Ikea service and who also will come and pick the goods from the warehouse for you (with Ikea you need to do this bit).
