The best advice for me to give you is to go abroad to an English language school for 2 - 3 months and learn it intensively.

Intermediate to CAE is quite a jump and unless you are very talented at languages or VERY diligent with your homework and investing time into English, reaching the CAE level with evening courses or tutoring by beg. June is almost an impossible task.

Good luck. In the meantime, start reading English intensively on a daily basis and listen to podcasts.

Another piece of advice:

To find a qualified CAE teacher in your area, look at the CAE courses available in your area and call one of the teachers at home to ask for private lessons.
