Are you still allowed to specify that you are looking for a young person in Switzerland or has that level of PC made it here yet?

Young can be in the eye of the beholder, but before the days of PC limited the vocab in recruitment, young could be interpreted as beginner's salary.

yes.. apologies for my non-pc comment, it is indeed a starter level function - which is why I used the word young.. I could have easily said "junior"..

Regardless of my use of English.. I need someone who either has no experience in recruitment and wants to learn - but has some sales experience or someone who has 6months-2years experience at a junior level and wants to progress
