Marketing & Sales Coordinator
Access Intelligence is looking for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to work with its SRI Consulting (SRIC) division in Zürich.

We are seeking a resourceful professional with sales and marketing support experience who wants to learn and grow in these areas.
Responsibilities include:
Responding to client inquiries, processing payments, fulfillment of orders and tracking all phases in our CRM tool.
Analysing and initiating contact with targeted sales leads and managing assigned accounts
Assisting in Sales & Marketing campaigns
Admin task related to internal processes
The ideal candidate will have:
A commercial background with a minimum of 5 years of corporate experience in sales support, customer service
Spoken and written proficiency in English with multiple EU language abilities a plus
The ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced team environment
strong customer service skills
Attention to detail and excellent Microsoft Office proficiency.
Experience with client management software and database software is a plus.
