Yep - All Israelis speak Hebrew.
But, presumably, not all Jews - even proud Swiss Jews - speak Modern Hebrew, and Buisiki is just being a ****?

Nessaloves, try Migros Klubschule: Hebrew for Beginners, Wednesday evenings from April 21st, 18:00 - 19:50, at Klubschule Migros Wengihof, Engelstrasse 6, 8004 Zürich.

Good luck!

Re: I'd like Hebrew lessons in Zurich

Well modern Hebrew and biblical Hebrew are the same thing, but the majority of diasporic Jews do not speak Hebrew conversationally (although many more can read the text for prayer though do not know what it means). In short, the OP was correct - if you want to learn French you look for a French person from France not a 19th century Polish diplomat.
