I need some help to hang on the wall a mirror panel.

The job is simple - to drill two 8mm holes in the wall, put in dowels and fix the panel.
The minor complication could be that it should be hanged over phone line plug and I am not sure is there any wires into the wall or not (don't think that drilling into one of them would be a good thing).
So a professional or just experienced addvice would be needed to.

What's a pity, but it seems that there is no handymen in Basel

I have contacted couple of people who were "advertising" there handyman services in EF earlier, but no replies.

Maybe someone can at least help me finding a handyman from outside EF. Non english speaking and pretty expensive one will be ok.

Hi... do you still need tha HANDYMAN??? I know one that can help, he is incredible, he can do all that you can imagine... but he cant speak english or german, he is spanish... but his wife do speak english and you can let her know what you need and she will explain it...
