Job Description:
As we are globally organized with employees overall the USA with headquarter in Coeur D’Alene, Sydney (AUS) and Zurich (CH), business language is English. The daily duties include:

• Mainly support of internal users/external clients over the phone
• System monitoring
• Installation and configuration of Windows systems
• Installation and configuration of business applications
• Project work individually/in teams
• Coordinate IT issues with other offices

Qualification:

• IT educational background or equivalent experience or commercial apprenticeship with further education in IT (i.e. PC/LAN-Supporter/-in SIZ)
• Know-how of MS-Windows environment
• Know-how in Cisco and Linux is a plus
• TCP/IP, VPN knowledge
• 18-26 years old and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work on weekends
• English (both spoken and in written form)
