If anyone is looking for a temporary position (full time) in Zurich area, here is an oppurtunity in a Life Sciences/Medical company:

The company is recruiting an administrative/marketing assistant person for their marketing department. You would assist the scientific events group to:
_ Issue contracts for speakers and including follow up and invoicing
_ Create meeting schedules and deliver programs for individuals
_ Coordinate travel and accommodation for speakers participating in the events and training

Must be fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills. Swedish wuold be a merit. Also Japanese or Russian would be considered favourably. Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excell and able to use Mail Merge function.

The start date would be ASAP, and end date would be December 31st 2007. It is very unlikelly the contract will be extended beyond this date. Please note the company is NOT willing to sponsor any kind working permit or permit change between cantons.

Yes, it is definetly required... But you tell me that you speak Swedish instead, or Japanese, or Russian, your application * might * be considered. Or, if you bring with you extensive knowledge on administrative tasks, that could also be taken into consideration.

thanks for your response. I don't speak swedsih or japanese but i'm fluent in spanish and italian and learning german like I told you before. I also have lots of office managerial skills. pls let me how we can proceed if you think I might be suitable for the position.

Maybe you could follow the instructions in the original post and PM me for more details? In case you want to pursue you application, you probably might want to take in consideration that fluency in Spanish and Italian doesn't add any significative value to your CV for this particular position.
