We have 3 girls--ages 8, 10, 13 and twin boys (15 months old).The girls need help with German homework as well as being picked up from school and taken to various activities. For the girls, we need primarily help in the afternoon after they finish school (so after 3pm except Wednesday when they finish at lunch time). For the boys--our 10 month old twins, we need help throughout the day (7am-8pm)---taking them for walks, playing with them, feeding them etc. Sometimes, we need help with lunch and dinner for the afternoon or evening shift. I travel a lot on business or work late when I am in Basel. So generally we have one babysitter in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. We also need help during the weekend. I usually make the babysitting schedule 1 week in advance or more and I am quite flexible on availability given that I have 4-5 babysitters helping us. I can pay 10CHF/ hour. You pay 10CHF per hour!??! Do you honestly get people working for you for that much? That just seems very low... Interested as I also have twins, but had never found someone who'd help for that rate.
