Painter/Decorator/Handyman, Zürich and surrounding area

If you have a new flat, a house or just want some home improvements then try Anthony’s GmbH. I am a highly qualified reliable English painter and decorator (member of the British Painting and Decorating Association). I also do paint effects like marbling and woodgraining, and I take on handyman work. I work in the greater Zurich area (including Aargau, Solothurn, Zug, Schwyz and every other location not too far away) and will bring all my own tools, ladders etc. Pm contact.

Re: Painter/Decorator/Handyman, Zürich and surrounding area

Hello,

I am looking for some help with a few things around the house in Pfäffikon SZ.
Just moved from the UK and need a few pictures hung, a small cupbard screwed together and some plugs replaced (UK to CH) Also where to buy plugs to replace?

Would you be available? I am looking for help asap.

Thanks in advance
Katherine

Re: Painter/Decorator/Handyman, Zürich and surrounding area

Misterbrush,
Just wondering what a handyman charges. I have just bought an apartment and take ownership in November. I will want the place painted as well as other odd jobs, including some furniture assembly, lights put up, etc. Can you let me know your prices and what it might cost for 3 -4 days worth of work. Thanks, Trina

Re: Painter/Decorator/Handyman, Zürich and surrounding area

Anthony (Mister Brush) did a painting job for me this summer. I found it difficult to find an English speaking painter, so thought I would post some feedback, which may be of some use to anybody who is looking for a painter/decorator.
· Reliable – was there when he said he would be and did absolutely everything we discussed, without any confusion (including lots of odd requests I had which were not strictly painting).
· Communicative – kept me fully informed and always consulted with me when appropriate.
· Flexible – accommodated any other work that was going on, family needs etc.
· Professional – excellent, really knows what is required (what goes on what surfaces, what needs to be treated, what colors suited to what situation etc etc), provided great advice on all aspects of decoration. It was clear that he is very experienced and knowledgeable.
· Easy to work with - a very nice guy, who is extremely straightforward and helpful.
· Price – Fair and completely transparent (ie. no surprises)
Overall: 5 stars, I would definitely recommend.

I have also seen Anthonys work. He is a top class professional decorator,
dedicated and hard working and a really nice guy.
I would certainly recommend him.
