One thing i have been lucky to experience since i have got here is that switzerland has captivating scenery that sucks you in and provides an exilerating outdoors experience thru its natural playground.

I am interested to hear what your favourite golf courses and practice facilities are and why,

And what are your favourite fun past times and activities you like to do thru out the week to keep fit!?

Enjoy the weekend everybody what ever you get up to

Hey guys hope evrybody had a great weekend.

Today i trecked up the Uetilberg, wonderful forest, beautiful weather and awesome mountain biking trails. Once i got up there the scenery and views are awesome, gives you great perspective of whats around us. walking up the tower i must say my hands were not the driest but worth it once your there. plenty of cool pics to bring home.

From a fitness point of view it was perfect, anything uphill ot against gravity is the best form of exercise to build specific strenght in the legs and core, enhance endurance and radically get the fat burning engines rev'd up. Workouts dont need to be long to reap results. workouts like mine today, ok i was after a photos and a sweet experience, but killing 2 birds with one stone, was of pretty high intensity but relatively short in duration. remeber this for your next excursion or family day out, not exactly long but a little more intense than strolling along on the flat., taking pictures and enjoying my surroundings just made it all the more pleasurable!!

Any body wondering what to do tomorro, go down lake side in Zurich and check out some of the finest athletes europe n the world has to offer. Zurich Ironman, 3.8K open water swim, 180K multi terrain bike ride and finishing off with a scenic 26mile marahon. This will be an exceptional feat for the enventual winner and achievment for all taking part. Check out the ironman village with loads of things to do and see, not to mention the impressive transition area where you will lay eyes on the finest 2 wheel machines that will take these guys over their 180K split bike ride.
Its gonna be a great day and event to watch all this unfold. I feel occasions like this gives us all a sence of pride that our felow man can put there mind and body through this but also give us perspective to what we can achieve and give us the courage to take that first step to .........................!

Have a great weekend
