| Seeking English-speaking administrative role in Geneva
Hi all,
I have recently obtained my Swiss residence permit, and I am now seeking employment in an administrative/marketing/media/communications capacity in the larger Geneva area.
In the past five years I have served as an agency worker in a diverse range of professional environments in Edinburgh. I have successfully completed administrative assignments in the private sector (banking and utilities), higher education and local government. Previously, I served a decade in the South African advertising industry as an art director, graphic designer and copywriter, and managed a small team and studio. In addition to this experience, I developed my writing skills as a contributor to some of South Africa’s top cultural publications.
In the course of my career, I have developed a deep empathy for clients and their needs, and the objectives of the different companies I have served. This has always informed my attitude to my work and my colleagues. I am confident that I can offer the customer service, communication and problem-solving skills which prospective employers in Geneva are seeking, and I would be happy to discuss my background further.
