The region you've chosen is Italian-speaking - but you don't list Italian as one of your languages. Also note that even if your current family where to relocate to Switzerland, they would have to fight like crazy to bring you with them. For another family to get a visa for you would be even more difficult - they've have to prove that they couldn't find a house manager in the whole of the EU

I don't agree with the way things are run here, but unfortunately that's the way it is. If you had an EU passport, or a highly specialised profession it would be another story...
