Receptionist
at our international headquarters in Lucerne

As our Receptionist your main duty will be managing the front desk. This includes answering phones, vendor negotiations and relations, supply ordering and distribution, managing daily office requests, planning and orchestrating office parties and events, and other special projects. You will have daily contact with colleagues from around the world.

Fluency in English and German, several years working experience and computer skills (MS Office) are required. Experience in the service industry (e.g. hotel reception) is an advantage.

I was wandering if i can be of any help, or if there is any opening in yout Company.
I am currently doing an MBA at IMI Luzern, will finish in late June.
i am takign German lessons (beginners of course) but it would halp me a lot if i could be sorrounded in my work by German speaking so i will learn faster.

just a little background on me - Romanian Nationality - studied Filology back home (majored in English and French Literature). also speak Italian and Spanish.
