Hi I am a studnet living in Montreux and I am looking for a part time job for weekends. I am fluent in English, Russian, German, Czech, Ukranian and Slovakian. PC skills on the user level - word, excel, powepoint. I am studying a hospitality managment college. I have a B- permit and a driving license. I was thinking maybe a secretery job at some language schools, babysitting etc. Please contact me if you know about an offer.

Katerina, you may want to try the local Kanton Police, specifically the part that deals with foreigners, they are always looking for part time translators to work on various things .... Mrs P does this for Slovak / Czech / Polish here in Kanton Bern.

I know it's crazy how many years left since u've been here last time.. but I'm just wondering how did u deal with ur problem then, did u find job easiely, how did u find it and where did u work? because I have same situation, I'm moving to Lausanne soon, and don't speak french at all.. I speak russian and english.. Actually I don't think that I'll get any reply, but anyway..thnx!
