Experience is preferred, albeit not necessarily in a work situation.

The need to speak fluent English is an absolute must. An ability to liaise with co-workers, parents and children alike is also essential, as well as a genuine love and enthusiasm to work with very young children.

I have never seen this phrase in a job posting before. What does this mean? That candidates must be cynical and disillusioned with love?
