Ladies and Gents....

I've just landed in CH - live near Zurich (Baden) and I need a job. I'm really eager to work and am prepared to do anything. I'm English and speak no German although I'm just about to take an intensive course. I have worked in Insurance (sales and underwriting) in London for the past eight years.

Anyone care to point me in a (preferably the right) direction??

Any info / advice is most welcome

Welcome to Switzerland and the forum. If you have experience in insurance then you are in the right place. you look at companies like zurich, Swiss Re etc..

I'm also looking for a job. I have a TESOL (teaching English to speakers of other language) degree but find it quite difficult to find a job. I have sent many jobs applications with my CV and certificates but not much luck. Now, I'm looking for any kind of job for the time being. I'm also open to give private English lessons.
