Depends which line you want to follow.

If the Childcare one then maybe contact some of the local international schools. The closest is the lower ZIS school in Kilchberg. Otherwise take a look at the Nurseries locally, some are bi-lingual, including Kiddies care in Au (near Wadenswil), but I am sure there is a long list of more local ones too.
