I'm here seeking assistance as my last resort, as i've tried catching a job myself in Geneva with no success for long time now.

I moved to Geneva 2 & half years ago with my wife & baby, was so optimistic to get a job based on my experience that i had previously in my country for around 6 years, but things didn't really go well, as i didn't get any feedbacks.

Basically my experience have been in the following fields:

1. Audio Visual incl. Set up, Operation & Maintenance (Conferences, Banqueting, Entertainment & Expositions).

2. Advertising & PR (Including Text writing, Design, Presentation, Online Media & Sponsoring)

3. Music Production (Clips for Adverts, Extended Version Scores & Sound EFX)

Computer Literature:

1. MS Office.
2. Photoshop & Image Ready.
3. HTML & Flash.
4. Audio & Sound Design Software.
5. Network & Hardware.

Languages:

1. Fluent English.
2. Good French.
3. Fair Italian.

If anyone around the board is interested in my skills as Full time, Part time or One of Missions, please PM me.

Also any advice about where else to try would be much appreciated.

Its hard trying to find any job let alone in a new country....i feel for you,I kinda have the same situation. Try Jobup.ch, jobs in geneva and jobs.ch
It may help you or you may of already tried these.

sorry just realised that youv'e been here for 2.5 years.....so you proberly know on how the system works etc..

Well, thanks for the reply, i'm here since 2 & half years already, i've had very successful career till i came here, now i can't even get a job carrying luggage or at the airport checkin (Just got this cold blooded denial reply from them 10 min ago).

I'm still trying to be positive though.
