Am sorry to hear about your predicament but I question how safe it is to search for childcare in this way and at such short notice? How are you going to screen someone/some place that says they can help you out? I too am a mother of a 3 year old and I would not dream of placing an ad on an open forum to find emergency childcare for the following Monday??!!! In my humble opinion, you are asking for trouble by doing this and you are placing your children at risk.

Have you asked around friends/family/local community for assistance? If none of the above are able to help I would re-arrange my plans to a day/time when I am able to organise childcare from a reliable source.

It is not the first time I have seen adverts of this nature on here and it worries me that some people will end up arranging their childcare via internet forums without taking the time to make the appropriate background checks with official sources. Complete and utter stupidity in this day and age.
