Hi all!
I'm currently looking for a part time position as a nanny or English teacher - in and around canton Solothurn (as that's where I live!) or in Bern (because I go to school in Bern) or anywhere close by!
I have experience minding children and I am also qualified to teach English as a foreign language. I am currently working for two private English schools in Switzerland but I am in need of more working hours!!
I am currently studying Deutsch (intensive!) in Bern during week day mornings, so I would be available to work from lunchtime onwards.

Would you be willing to work evenings and the occaisional weekend? A friend of mine needs someone to look after her son when she is at work.

Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunatly I am looking mainly for a day position. This is due to teaching English some nights and having to wake up early every morning for school.
I wouldn't mind doing the occasional night and weekend here and there, but as a rule of thumb I would prefer afternoon shifts!

It was a long time ago that I was looking for extra work and unfortunately I am leaving Switzerland in the next month. I could help you for the next month but it probably wouldn't be fair on your children to get used to someone and then I leave.
