Never fear the Goose is here.
If you need help with the dreaded Ikea run, putting up flat pack furniture, painting, tiling, lights fitted, general DIY, pool maint', garden work, or just a spare pair of hands, I could be your man.
I'm registered and insured her in CH so all fully legal and legit, and I charge a flat rate for all work.... and more importantly the quality of the tea and biscuits (PG tips & Chocolate Hob Nobs) get a discount.
So, if you need some help or just some advice, send me a PM and we can take it from there.

Where do you live Papa Goose? We just bought a new house and could use an extra pair of hands.

That's a shame. Too bad you're not closer.

Hope you find something as well Papa Goose. You're between two great cities with lots of members in the area so it shouldn't be too hard.

She must have really let you have it good.
I will work on a follow-up. Kick - splatter - splash! |

Hey, just wanted to post a quick follow up on this. We had PG come in yesterday to fix some lights and help us pick up some Ikea wardobes/bookshelves, dismantle, transport and reassemble them.
The lighting was done quickly, the ikea furniture bit turned out be more complicated than originally thought. So he's graciously agreed to come help us on a second day, to disassemble, move and reassemble at our flat in Thalwil.
All in all (despite not offering him the biscuits and tea) PG was quick, through with an amazing "I can do it!" attitude. He's very good, so well worth the *bump*

BTW does your building have a caretaker that could help?

Would you be willing to travel to Rüti? We have some heavy mirrors that need putting up and the prospect of having a go myself only to be crushed underneath them minutes later is not a pleasant one.

Just a quick note to say thanks to Papa Goose for his help. Did a great job with my IKEA furniture - and it wasn't too expensive either!
Would definitely recommend him.
Cheers,
Alex.

Wish you lived nearer to me in Basel as with `yorkshire teabags`and marks and sparks biscuits on offer you would probably charge me next to nothing! | |
