I'm leaving Switzerland and therefore, also my current job in Easytobook and I though I let you know we're looking for someone to replace me. Specifically, the position is for and Administrator/Credit Controller for Paris, ergo, English+French speaking person is searched.
So... if you don't speak German but you speak really good French (and even better if it's your mother tongue or you have lived in France), that can be an opportunity for you!
It was hard for me to find a job in Switzerland in Swiss without speaking German so, I encouraged anyone with this language skills to apply.

Administrator Agent – English/French. Location: Zurich
EasyToBook is a successful online hotel reservations system based in Zurich and Amsterdam. Since 2004 EasyToBook offers the best choice of hotels and room rates world-wide. Coverage ranges from small family hotels, chain hotels, airport hotels, luxury hotels to low budget hotels. We serve both business and holiday travelers, hotels and affiliate partners.
Due to the expansion of our company we are looking for an Administrator Agent.
Tasks - Managing of collecting the money
- Sending all EasyToBook.com debtors monthly invoices and reminders
- In charge of payment systems as Direct Debit and Incasso
- Responsible for financial data in our bookkeeping system called Imuis
- Contribute to weekly analysis and requirements
- Create new financial opportunities
- General daily needs
Our ideal candidate:- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent French (written and spoken)
- has experience in similar position
- has good computer skills
- Excellent communication and commercial skills;
- is a very independent, motivated and reliable person
- Has energy, passion, enthusiasm, commitment & flexibility
- Is available to travel from time to time to the office in Amsterdam.
