We are: ISP environment.

Programming:

PHP, MS SQL and ASP

Network Engineering & Operations:

MPLS plus usual IP R/S on Juniper or Cisco

We have OS - MS/Unix/Linux support positions come up quite often - if that's your skills-set too.

Customer-facing roles such as support are def language-based. DE is the big thing.

For tech-people that may have the right skills-set for an ISP environment, I suggest signing up to the SWINOG mail-list. This is the Swiss Network Operators Group and comprises the likes of Sunrise, Swisscom, Cablecom Network Engineering plus many others small and large and will bring you into contact with people that run large networks. It's a technical mailing-list, but quite often jobs are advertised on there by people on the inside and not just in Networking...
