| Hi!
After some months in Zurich I have now decided to start my own small business. The concept is to have a web portal for people who likes to make their own sushi or people who would like to try it out.
The portal contains of a blog, free recipies, tips&tricks, sushi school, online shop and much more. In order to get more publicity I´ve thought about arranging courses/events together with a sushi chef.
So if you are a sushi chef interested in holding a full day course with approx 10 participants - don´t hesitate to contact me!
Best regards

Hi Ann,
I can help if you like with sushi and sashimi dishes of all kinds. I've been doing all sorts of catering in Australia for years and specialise in Asian Cuisine, especially Authentic Chinese and Japanese dishes from different regions. Having done my apprenticeship in Singapore was an advantage in this regard and led me to Sri-Lankan,Thai and Vietnamese food, and to work and live in these countries over time.
I am self employed and have been doing relief work at Teifmatt in the Solothurn region as well as doing small seminars and cooking classes at my flat in Diessenhofen, near Schaffhausen.. Basically I cater for almost anything..Themed evenings or afternoon degustation and have always been free to exchange ideas and techniques etc..
It has been a challenge in Switzerland which is a bit 'locked and blocked' with its food in many ways..Not to mention the cost of produce...Good grief!! I have found many restaurants repeat each others menus too. Sometimes its hard to find somewhere different to eat with old style Movenpick dishes still being so popular.
I would be happy to help and offer my services in a class situation or with any other cullinary activities.. Financially it works out a little less than going to a restaurant especially including wines, its alot more fun, and you still dont have to do the washing up!!
Cheers for now
Will Stephens
