put your request on the mailing list swisscc, it has the largest number of contacts. See http://groups.yahoo.com/group/swisscc. Perhaps contact the international school, www.isberne.ch.

You can also put up your advertisement on the free community boards of your nearest Coop and Migros. Ask at the service counter for the cards in which you fill in your particulars and expected fees for the private Chinese tutoring you offer.

You might also want to check with the appropriate department at the University of Berne. It might be the case that they are looking for departmental tutors/etc. to help assist their professors. Of course, if you have a masters degree, I think that qualifies you to teach in Switzerland at the university level. Anyway - definitely worth looking in to, I'd say - good luck!
