Excuse me but this is an English Forum and use of the German language is deeply frowned upon. Please repost in English.

Re: Freelance translators German-English

Hi Lifestylegirl!

I have read your announcement for German-English Translators and I am highly interested! I have already sent my CV and picture at news@thezugpost.ch At the moment, I am located in Bulgaria -my home country- but I have intention to relocate to Basel. So this job opportunity is quite welcome!!! Not only for this reason, however. My intention is there, in Switzerland to keep on working in my specific domain -translation services. I will appreaciate if you give me some more info concerning the duties required by employer,as well as to keep me in touch with regard to my application status!

Thanks in advance! Will appreciate a timely reply!

Best wishes,

clara170 (Svetlana Boyadzhieva)

Re: Freelance translators German-English

Having read the English section of Baz (is it still there?), it seems there's a market for translating "translated English" into "good English".

Hi Lifestyle Girl,
If you need someone to proof-read the translated articles, let me know.
I have proof-read a number of articles for conferences as well as publication in journals.

And at The Zug Post Strawberry farmers lament loses.

That should read "Strawberry farmers lament losses".

When do I start?

Re: Freelance translators German-English

Hi
My mother tongues are English and German. I have done many Translation Projects before and have taught English and French to many Germany speakers. I am frequently in near Zug and would be happy to help. I will send you my CV in order for you to get an overview of my English professional experience. Hope to hear from you soon,
