Looking for work in Zurich

Hi there

My name is Jules and I've just moved here from New Zealand.

I'm looking for a job in administration such as a receptionist, secretary or personal assistant/executive assistant. Any industry is fine but I have experience in property and law.

I speak English and i'm learning French. I would be willing to learn German.

Any ideas/leads are much appreciated.

Thank you
Jules

Re: Looking for work in Zurich

Hi Jules, sounds like I am in the same position as you, having just moved from Nelson to closed to Basel, so not looking for work in the immediate area of yours.
Good luck and feel free to send me any leads down my way.

I am currently looking for a part-time (1-2 days per week) Personal Assistant to start as soon as possible in the Zurich area. I am an entrepreneur with several small businesses. Most work can be completed from the applicant’s home while other tasks require travel to Herrliberg.

Duties will include:

Personal and Business Administration (expense tracking, travel booking, research, etc.)
Errands (picking up dry cleaning, food shopping)
Household tasks (laundry, household organizing)- I have a cleaning person so it would not include house cleaning
Filing of articles, documents, etc.
Setting up appointments

You will need to be/have:

Hold a current driving licence as I live in a location best accessible by car
A working computer and internet connection- smartphone is a plus
Be creative and independent in solving problems
Be able to prioritise workloads, as they change during the day/week
Be pro-active in completing work thoroughly and correctly
Confident and approachable, good personal and communication skills in English
Honest and reliable
Good timekeeping

You will need to be fluent in English and German. Competent written and spoken English is essential. Conversational German is acceptable.

Exact start and finish times will be discussed in person. The pay rate will be discussed in person with any suitable applicants.

If you are interested in the above position please send me a PM ( Private Message ) where we can exchange contact details such as email address and numbers.

Kind regards

Eva Y.
