Hi my name is Michelle and I moved over to Basel from Ireland to be with my boyfriend. I love it here and would love to get a job to make it perfect. I have an ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) and Sage V12 bookeeping, unfortually I have very little experience and only speak English. I do also have experience in childcare but would prefer a job where I could work with computers, even database or answering phones, and hopfully work my way up! I know its alot to ask but if anyone could tell me of my chances or would know where I should start looking I would be so grateful!

Best thing to do is to start with the big Pharma companies here, and see what they've got on offer (Novartis, Ciba, etc.). Also try Adecco, they often have jobs for English speakers.
