experienced au pair looking for a new job

Hi.

I'm looking for a nanny/mother's help/housekeeping//companion in Switzerland starting with October / January .

About me, My name is Iuliana but my friends call me July or Julia, I have 28 years old, born in Romania I'm 1.70m high (5.57 feet) and I'm not a smoker nor drinker.
I have relevant experience working with children, I speak fluently English and French Intermediate , I have driving experience .

I worked as au pair in the UK: My main duties were to :
- Prepare packet lunch and drive to school every day;
- Collect the child from school ;
- Prepare healthy tea(dinner);
- Provide the kid with drinks, light snacks and lunch during the day;
- Shopping for provisions;
- Housekeeping;
- Babysitting;
- Homework with the child;
- Prepare and play different games together ;
- Provide first aid when necessary, etc.
Also loads of art crafts (plenty of glue) stuff like : Viking cloths, maps, leaflets , etc, and even cooking (we made home bread pizza and cookies very often).

I speak fluently English learned in UK BCOT Basingstoke Collage of Technology (Cambridge ESOL Level 1 for fluent speakers. ) and French Intermediate ,

I have driving experience also a full UK working permit and I'm also eligible for a full working permit in France . The main reason of taking a job in France or UK is to improve my language skill . I'm a creative person who enjoys to: cook and bake, travel, swim, horseback ride, reading, practicing Martial Arts. I don’t have allergies or other illnesses, but I don’t like to stay in cold room during the winter. I need to be treated like a member of your family , with respect for me and the work I do, because I put soul in what I do. I also require Internet access in my room for my free time to keep in touch with family (I know how expensive is the in France ) and I got to have the possibility to take French lessons.

I want that our relationship to be nice and very communicative because I put people first and I value human relations more than anything else.

What I would like? I will be very happy if I will find a Karate class near by to keep me in shape . As I'm used to take care of myself, helping around the house and cooking (as long as they are appreciated) will not be a problem. I’m eager to learn more about traditional cuisine. I would like to take care of your children more like a big sister , you will find in me a friend.
As I love kids and I'm able to spend time on their terms, to play their games, and maybe challenge their minds, I think you will find me the right person.

I'm available immediately.

Feel free to contact me by PM

Sincerely,

Julia

Re: experienced au pair looking for a new job

Nice to see wise guys (Google-smart) here too.
Just a small addendum: Sweden was the auto-correct booboo. Also there is nowhere stated that I'm living (permanently) in London or Swiss. I have a rented room in London, (not giving U the address ) but if the opportunity rolls around for a French environment job, I intend to take it.
Any more mysteries to solve Scooby?

Re: experienced au pair looking for a new job

Hi,

As Moderators it's our job to make sure someone who's first post - which is confusing - is somewhat legitimate. It would help when presenting yourself to a potential employer that you make the effort to read the rules here first, know Switzerland is not Swaziland - or Sweden - and to check your message before posting.

You expect people to trust you with their children otherwise?

Welcome to the English Forum and good luck with your career.

Re: experienced au pair looking for a new job

Please tell me if this forum is a joke or not. I'm a serious person, and I do not have time for underage creeps that never heard of mobile roaming.
My romanian phone number works anywhere in the world.... I know, this comes as a shock for some....

Re: experienced au pair looking for a new job

Well it was nice of you to change your location from Geneva to your true present location of Romania.

Good luck in the job search where ever it might lead you to in Europe.

Well an attitude like that should go far in securing a job working with the "underaged".

With an attitude like that there is no prospect to work in Switzerland.
Especially to find an employer through the EF

Good luck, elsewhere.
