A small taxicab company in Zurich needs a virtual assistant to help out with administration and bookkeeping tasks. This job takes generally about 10h per month, but as this is a growing business, workload will probably be increasing. Also, there is a chance to take on additional business. We know of other taxicab companies & drivers who are in need of such service, and if the job is carried out to our satisfaction, we will be happy to recommend your service to them.

We are looking for someone that works accurately and that is highly reliable. You have good knowledge of Excel & Word, a fair command of German, and some bookkeeping skills. Ideally, you also know Turkish, because the owner and some employees are Turks. This is not a requirement, though.

Since this is a small business, we are looking to pay a rate of around CHF25-30 initially, depending on qualifications and experience. If your work proves satisfactory, this can certainly be raised.
