I spent nearly 2+ years in Switzerland with 'L' permit.
I am a Software professional having expertise in SAP - ABAP/4 as a technical consultant, with 6+ years of experience.

Currently working with leading German automobile company, in India.
Would like to find a job in Switzerland. What do you say ?
Can I get one ? Please advise.

sure you can...if you were here there is a ABAP position open in my company...but you have to be here and have the permit.

There's nothing to stop you applying. Any employer will have to apply for a work permit for you. These are in short supply. Coupled with there not being much of a requirement for ABAP skills here (a lot gets done overseas - India for example), unless you have niche skills or other distinctives that place you ahead of the pack, the chances of you getting a job here are low. Not impossible, but low.
