We are looking for a Banking Principal

Your Role:

* Grow Cambridge’s banking business towards a leading market position in Switzerland: you will develop lasting client relationships by virtue of adding value at the highest levels of the client organization. This implies understanding the needs of our clients, negotiating major contracts, supervising projects execution and following up on client relationships. You will be positioned at the highest level of the organization within our clients to allow you to build the necessary relationships.
* Reinforce the banking team in Switzerland, through recruiting and mentoring.
* Generate business: you will be able to leverage your network in the banking sector as well as your consulting skills to generate new business according to a concrete business plan.
* Build up our banking vertical expertise in Suisse Romande.
* Shape the overall services and solutions offered by the company in the banking area

The successful candidate should have:

* Demonstrated skills in lasting client relationship development and deal-making in the IT services sector.
* Project delivery experience – The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience managing the deployment of banking solutions (front-office and back-office packages such as Olympic, Avalog, Globus, Triple A…) and be fully familiar with a bank's IT landscape.
* Vertical expertise – deep understanding of the private banking business and associated analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong connections in the Geneva banking community.
* P&L management experience – The candidate should have a thorough knowledge of the economic model utilized by the consulting firms.
* Entrepreneurial skills – This position requires the successful candidate to demonstrate that he/she has the drive, initiative and ambition to grow a business within Cambridge.
* Leadership skills – Ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals in a challenging business environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English and French.
* At least a B.Sc. in Software Engineering or Finance with a strong IT orientation.
* Swiss citizenship or C permit a strong plus.
