She is a TV “health guru” advocating an holistic approach to nutrition and health, promoting exercise, a pescetarian diet high in organic fruits and vegetables. She recommends detox diets, colonic irrigation and supplements, also making statements that yeast is harmful, that the colour of food is nutritionally significant, and about the utility of faecal examination.





This woman is 50.
She is a TV cook, who eats a diet high in meat, butter and deserts.
So forget “join a gym and eat more celery”. This Christmas, it's food and booze all the way. And the only exercise you need is dancing and shagging.

Makeup, hairdresser, different clothes, staged lighting, and the top person could easily be enhanced to look as good as the second person. A great candidate for a before & After reality show. I think there is something suspicious about the second persons left breast.

Her left breast is "big" and is "falling" in this photograph. I don't think anyone could get the first chick to look as good as Nigella. Never in a million years, BUT Nigella is fat, say what you will. She has a beautiful face. That's it.

She's a wee bit plump. But she's 51 next month and I wouldn't say that her face is all she has to offer.

Nigella is overweight and beautiful, the other woman is just plain ugly...go Nigella you are my hero

So, who is that first woman? What TV show is she on? I am now curious enough to see if she always looks that bad, or not.

Nigella is fine. Interesting though to see how she looks quite different (older) in the untouched up photograph taken in the car, from how she looks in the other two studio, edited photgraphs.

She doesn't always look quite that bad, but she is known for digging through (and talking) sh!te, and pretending to be a "doctor"

email is doing the rounds at the moment as she was recently on a (rubbish) UK TV where celebs have to live in the jungle and she made even more of a tit of herself than she normally does

She is a doctor, sort of. In my view a PhD has more right to be called "doctor" than a medical graduate or a vet, but a PhD in holistic nutrition ... hmmmm.

Well, there is just no comparison between the photo of Dr McKeith on Wikipeadia and the one shown on this thread. It makes me wonder how bad Nigella would look after spending a wekk or so on the UK Celeb survival programme.

I still think that left breast has been photoshopped.

Regardless of lifestyle, it's a simple fact that some people age way better than others whether male or female. Period. .

To clarify: a PhD in holistic nutrition from Clayton College (where???), part of the thesis for which was apparently published as a pamphlet entitled "Miracle Superfood: Wild Blue-Green Algae". Again, hmmmmm.

After seeing the Wiki photo, my point now is that Chessmatt presented us with biased photographs on the first posting. Looking at the Wiki photo, she looks attractive, no older, somewhat slimmer, than Nigella, turning this into another good example of never believing what you read in the papers ( or on the computer.)

Definitely in the eye of the beholder.
