Drivers with vehicles sporting these sex organs under their car, face a fine under a bill before the Virginian General Assembly.

Delegate Lionel Spruill introduced the legislation, saying the sight of masculine genitalia is a safety issue because it distracts drivers.

Under his measure, displaying the ornamentation on a motor vehicle would be a misdemeanor punishable by a maximum fine of $250.
