Dear Michael O'Leary,

I am writing to you personally to complain about your company's website.

It has so far been 4 days since the rioting started in London and you have yet to begin a "witty" advertising campaign. If the public can't rely on Ryanair to provide a humorous but totally inappropriate advertising campaign, I fear for the very fabric of our society.
