I saw this story the other day and giggled a little bit not only because I loved the 'let's blow this guy's mind' stunt by Morton's, but how it is one of those things you'd really only experience in the US and it somewhat explains why the European sort of customer service doesn't quite measure up in comparison. This is not to say that all customer service experiences in the US are like this, usually nothing close as I am more like George Carlin when it comes to advertising and 'servicing the customer' but I thought it was a fun story anyway.
