Or 20 reasons why there should be an IQ test before you're allowed to leave the country
#20 is a classic. Funnily enough a German couple took TUI (for it was them) to court (link in German) a couple of years back because they got a twin room when they had booked a double. They wanted damages because they alleged the holiday had been somewhat tepid and unsatisfactory in the marital relations department. The judge threw out the claim, stating that the court was aware of several ways of achieving sexual satisfation, as a couple, in a single bed, and that in any case, two bedframes could be made into a double with the help of a belt.
LOL, I remember the one some years back from a UK citizen. She claimed for emotional trauma, as nobody had warned her that going up Swiss mountains by coach on hairpin bends, meant that the bus's rear end was over-shooting the road somewhat. (she lost).
