Best guess would be two thousand UAE dirhams.
I can remember stopping at a petrol station on the outskirts of Dubai and idly glancing into the car next to us. There was a falcon (complete with leather hood) sitting on the headrest of the passenger seat. I thought I was halucinating having imbibed far too much while watching Tom Jones perform

Oh dear oh dear oh dear. Why does the word bush suggest rudery? It does I know, but I can't work out why. We had a friend who was extremely naive, I can't remember why but he was very interested in beavers. Not the lady parts, rather the animals. WE spent a highly entertaining evening suggesting to him that a wet beaver was a happy beaver, that beaver's liked to part their hair in the centre etc. Doesn't sound funny written down, but it was at the time. He was furious when he found out we were just mucking about with double entendres
Sorry, Ozibird, it's doubtful we'll ever be back in Dubai for any length of time. It was another life 6 years ago.

From this I'm guessing Natasha is British and you are American?

Me? American? Don't be ridiculous. I am English through and through (some polish somewhere down the line I understand) so, a bit of a mongrel really
