I've decided to start a thread where the content harks back to the halcyon days when all was seemingly innocent.

Days when you could say you were gay and not be explaining your sexual preferences, days when men were men and women were grateful

Yes...never thought I could be old enough to reminisce. But I grew up in Silicon Valley, back when the real Valley was where you went to buy produce, fruit and nuts. As my relatives in Middle America like to say, all of the 'fruits and nuts' moved up to San Francisco and they paved over Silicon Valley!

I remember when my Grandmother when not feeling very well used to say " I'm feeling a little queer today". Nowadays people would think she was trying to be funny
