I seem to remember one a few years ago from an English guy who wrote one about his German girlfriend. It was quite a good laugh, but I can't find it anymore.

interestingly, an English 5-year-old saying "shit" would lead to the child being told off (normally). A Swiss kid of the same age says "scheisse" (shit) and it's treated as just a word.

But the thread is about funny blogs and not whether twat might be a bad word or not - that was never called into question
