Re: Chinese-German tandem learning

I suppose this would be for native German speakers...and it probably should be. I found when I tried to learn German and Mandarin at the same time that my language chip got frozen (this could also be a function of my limitted language chip!). On the upside I would occasionally fire a Mandarin word at my father in law without being aware I'd done it.

Good luck finding a taker. Mandarin is a great and relatively simple language to learn once you get the tones right and, like all, is a great window into a fantastic culture.

Re: Chinese-German tandem learning

hehe, it does not matter when you come from, so long as you can speak German, that is fine for me!
maybe we can make a conversation about it!

What do you think, Ians?

Re: Chinese-German tandem learning

it is glad to know that finally somebody says that Chinese is relatively simple language, hehe. I also think so even though I am a Chinese. At least in my opionion the grammar is Chinese is much simpler than English, of course German!

Hi,
For Chinese language exchange, there is the China-Club, also available in German (China Klub) and French (Club Chine).
I've started to learn 3 years ago!
Very interresting!

Re: Chinese-German tandem learning

it is a nice website really, it seems there are many registered users. is it easy to find a person who can make a tandem learning with you in the same city, like in zurich. It seems that more chinese are interested in English!

Indeed...
I have a Chinese friend who started to learn German just because she's found of Martina Hingis! I send her your message on the forum... she's not often online but who knows...
