German lessons for complete beginners: Zurich

Hi all,

I have joined a German school in Zurich with lessons starting next Thursday 17th May. I have absolutely no previous knowledge or understanding of the German language, nor have I ever learnt another language before, so I am the definition of a "complete beginner"!!

The school I am joining runs classes with a maximum of 2-3 students, and can provide some English support to help in the early days (many schools commence completely in German, no English spoken at all - I`m sure this is beneficial for many, but for me this is just frightening!)

At the moment I am the only student in the class, so there is availability for 1-2 more people to join. I`m keen for others to join, because then the lesson is extended from 60 minutes to 90 minutes (for the same price) - also I would love to meet some new people and share in this BIG challenge ahead!

I too would be interested in more details (cost, location, time). This is something I'm definitely interested in doing seeing that I've just moved here and don't know any German.
