I was trying to write some German and wanted to say "and any other XYZ". How do you say this. In the end I said something like "und alle anderen" and logically any other and all other mean the same thing but is a lot harder in english.

I wondered if you can say "und etwas anderen" or the correct word to replace 'etwas' as it doesn't seem right.

German has something called "grammar". In order to give you the correct word forms will you need to give us the entire sentence...

as in. "can you please send me the papers together with any other related documents".

Bitte senden Sie mir die Papiere mit allen dazugehörigen Dokumenten.

There is no need to. German speak German for Germans. It is irrelevant whether it hurts English feelings. And if you are English and competent in German, you know that it is not rude in the first place. Stop transfering, pliiiiiis.
