Spanish please!

I'm retiring to Spain next year and would like to improve (from a very low base) my conversational Spanish skills. Is there a native or otherwise Spanish speaker in the Bulle/Fribourg/Gruyère/Montreux region who would care to give lessons for a fee, or otherwise improve his/her conversational English quid pro quo?

Re: Spanish please!

I suggest you give the UNIL Tandemserver a try if you do not find anyone here.

Re: Spanish please!

Hi!

I can recommend an excellent Spanish native teacher who provides personalized lessons per Skype on a very flexible schedule basis.
She is called Elena Selva
As Skype may prove to be a “weird” channel, what she normally does is to provide a free-of-charge lesson to a potential new student to make sure he/she feels comfortable with this system.

Further, as I said she provides “personalized” lessons, i.e.: she has a folder for each of the students where she gathers specific information on the student, such as: objectives, performance, common mistakes, and so forth. This way, she makes sure there is an learning evolution.

I believe she’s got a great approach…in fact, I am looking for something similar for myself in German,

Hope it helps!

Regards,
