ESL forum recommendation

At the start of the academic year, I'll make the switch from teaching English to native speakers to teaching English as a foreign language. I will be working with teenagers. I am somewhat new to the teaching profession, so I wouldn't mind a place that has tips for early career teachers. Having studied three different foreign languages as a student, I am familiar with many of the games and strategies my teachers used, but I'd love to learn about more options.

Seems like there are many ESL instructors on the forum. Does anyone have a recommendation for a forum that might meet my needs? There are so many forums out there that I didn't know where to start.

Awesome, congrats on the job! 1st of all, trust your guts. The pace is different, think outside of box and have a lot of fun.
