Swiss mechanic-speakers please.

Can someone help me with a car-related translation please? I've got the car booked in at a garage in Visp for all of next week while I'm in Zermatt, but need to leave it, and post the key, tomorrow morning when the garage isn't open. I explained on the phone what was needed and I _think_ I got the message across in my not brilliant German, but to be sure I want to leave a note with the key, saying:

Full service, even though the Service warning hasn't come on yet. (But no new wiper blades and no windscreen wash required).
Two distinct noises from the front wheels: one is a clunking noise, possibly from the suspension, when driving at low speed over uneven surfaces, mainly the front right; the second is more obvious and increases with speed, getting very loud at high speeds, from both front wheels, possibly the wheel bearings.

TIA

Re: Swiss mechanic-speakers please.

Danke"
